Refund Policy
Last Updated: October 2026
1. Failed Deliveries & Automated Refunds
Fruitfulujah operates a highly automated microservices architecture. If a VTU service delivery fails across all upstream providers (e.g., MTN, Airtel) and exhausts our retry limits, the transaction is routed to our Dead Letter Queue (DLQ).
The DLQ guarantees an automatic and instant wallet credit for the exact amount of the failed transaction. You do not need to contact support for routine vendor failures.
2. Direct Bank Refunds
Because Fruitfulujah operates a closed-loop wallet ecosystem to minimize friction and maximize velocity, we do not support direct withdrawals or refunds back to your bank account or card once funds are deposited. Funds in your wallet never expire and can be used for any VTU service on our platform.
3. Dispute Resolution
If you experience an issue where a transaction marks as "Success" but you did not receive value, please open a ticket via the Help dashboard. Our SRE team will investigate the upstream provider logs and issue a manual wallet credit if the provider confirms the failure.
